Dariusz Polinceusz
Chairman of the management board
Co-founder and one of the shareholders of the Company. Since 1998, he has been working in the food industry, climbing the career ladder, including the position of Chief Technologist, which he held for four years in a large food company. Since 2001, he has been associated with Excellence as Director of Technology and Production. In 2006, he was appointed President of the Company.
Dariusz Borowski
Member of the Management Board / Financial Director
During nearly 30 years of professional work as a finance director, he has achieved high qualifications in financial management. He has worked for Inmedio, HDS Polska, Mex Polska, among others. Since 2013, he has been a member of the Management Board at Excellence SA. Since 2025, he has also served as Chairman of the ESG team.
Radosław Maziarz
Deputy Chairman / Commercial Director
He has over twenty years of professional experience in the industry, including 20 years in senior management positions. He has implemented objectives at the largest renowned mineral water and beverage producers in Poland (Ustronianka, Food Care, Aquarius, Krynica Zdrój, Żywiec Zdrój). He has successfully managed departments within the organisation, reporting directly to the management board. In all his roles, he has contributed to the growth of profitability, efficiency and market share of the companies he has managed. He knows the Polish market very well and has been working with clients, who are the largest retail chains in Poland, for many years. With years of experience in trade and a passion for his profession, he has gained expertise that allows him to successfully develop sales strategies and plans, supervise their implementation, initiate and make decisions aimed at maximising sales results, as well as acquire clients and maintain professional business relationships with them.
