Co-founder and one of the shareholders of the Company. Since 1998 he has worked in the food industry going through various career levels, including Chief Technologist, a position he held for 4 years in a large food company. Since 2001 he has been with Excellence as Director of Technology and Production. In 2006, he was appointed Chairman of the Company.
Dariusz Borowski
Member of the Management Board / Financial Director
In almost 20 years of professional work as a financial director, he has achieved high qualifications in financial management. He worked, including Inmedio, HDS Polska, Mex Polska. Since 2013, he has been a member of the Management Board at Excellence Company.
Radosław Maziarz
Deputy Chairman / Commercial Director
He has over 20 years of professional experience in the industry, including 10 years in high-level management positions. He implemented the set objectives at the largest renowned mineral water and beverage producers in Poland (Ustronianka, Food Care, Aquarius, Krynica Zdrój, Żywiec Zdrój). He has successfully managed departments within the organisation reporting directly to the board. In all his roles, he has contributed to increasing the profitability, efficiency and market share of the companies he has managed. He has an excellent knowledge of the Polish market and has worked for many years with clients that are the largest retail chains in Poland. With his years of work in commerce and his passion for his profession, he has gained experience that allows him to successfully develop sales strategies and plans and to supervise their implementation, to initiate and make decisions aimed at maximising sales results, as well as to acquire customers and maintain professional business relations with them.
