PRIVACY AND COOKIES POLICY

In order to implement the principle of lawful, fair and transparent processing of customers’ personal data when using our services, we adopt a document called Privacy and Cookies Policy.

We may also make changes to this policy. If we do so, we will notify you by changing the date at the top of this document. You will be notified via a message displayed on the Site, or by other appropriate means, and asked to read the updated policy.

1. TERMS USED IN THE PRIVACY POLICY

  1. Excellence – Excellence Spółka Akcyjna, KRS 0000427300, NIP 7331312783, also referred to as: „Administrator”.
  2. Personal data – means information about an identified or identifiable individual ; an identifiable individual is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of individual, including device IP, location data, online identifier and information collected through cookies and other similar technology.
  3. Cookie – A small file stored on a user’s computer that stores settings and other information used on the sites they visit. Cookies may contain site settings or be used to track users’ interactions with the site for the purpose of tailoring content to user preferences.
  4. RODO – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).
  5. The Services – the websites belonging to Excellence where the Administrator provides services. The Services are located at the following addresses: https://excellence-sa.com/.
  6. User – any individual visiting the Services belonging to Excellence.
  7. Customer – a non-registered user.

2. ADMINISTRATOR

The Administrator of the Website and the Administrator of the personal data of the Website Users within the meaning of RODO is Excellence Spółka Akcyjna with its registered office in Lipa 20a, 95-010 Stryków, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for Łódź – Śródmieście in Łódź, XX Division of the National Court Register under the KRS number 0000427300.

3. WHAT PERSONAL DATA IS PROCESSED

Excellence processes the personal data provided by the Customer on the excellence-sa.com website such as:

  1. First name
  2. Surname
  3. Company (only in the Contact Form)
  4. Country (only in the Contact Form)
  5. E-mail address

Excellence also processes the personal data provided by the User when signing up for the newsletter such as: e-mail address

In addition, Excellence processes the personal data provided by the User when completing the Contact Form such as: name, surname, e-mail, country, company.

4. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

Excellence may process Customers’ personal data for the following purposes: contact – to establish a cooperation (Contact Form).

5. SHARING OF CUSTOMER PERSONAL DATA

We share the Customer’s personal data (first name, last name, e-mail, country, company) with the courier company for delivery, as well as with accounting, legal, marketing, IT service providers.

6. DURATION OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

The Administrator keeps personal data for the period necessary to fulfil the purpose indicated in point 4.

Personal data of unregistered Users is stored in order to respond to enquiries or to contact and respond to questions and/or requests. Personal data shall be stored for the period resulting from the applicable legal provisions on the retention of accounting records.

7. CUSTOMERS’ RIGHTS IN RELATION TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

The administrator shall ensure that the rights indicated below are exercised. The customer may exercise his or her rights by submitting a request by e-mail to biuro@syropy.eu or via the contact form at www.excellence-sa.com, which request will be acknowledged promptly, during Excellence’s office hours.

  1. The customer has the right to obtain confirmation from us as to whether we are processing his/her personal data.
  2. The right to object to the use of your data.
  3. The right to withdraw consent to the processing of your data where the processing is based on your consent.
  4. The right to erasure of data (‘right to be forgotten’) Once a request for erasure of personal data has been made and fulfilled, we will not be able to provide services involving personal data. The customer has the right to request the deletion of all or some of the personal data.
  5. The customer has the right to request the restriction of the processing of his/her personal data. If the customer makes such a request, we will not use his/her data until the request has been processed.
  6. The right to access, correct, update personal data.
  7. The right to have Excellence transfer personal data to another controller at the customer’s request.
  8. The Customer may report complaints, queries and requests with us regarding the processing of personal data and the exercise of its rights.
  9. If the Customer believes that its data protection rights or other rights accorded under the RODO have been violated, it has the right to complain with the Director of the Data Protection Authority.

8. SECURITY OF PERSONAL DATA

We make evry effort to ensure the security of the Customer’s personal data. The Services use encrypted data transmission (SSL) while our consultants are working, which ensures the protection of identifying data and makes it significantly more difficult for unauthorised systems or persons to intercept access to Customers‘ and Users’ personal data.

9. COOKIES

  1. The Website uses cookies.
  2. Cookies (so-called „cookies”) are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the Service User’s terminal equipment and are intended for use on the Website. Cookies usually contain the name of the website from which they originate, the time of storing them on the terminal equipment and a unique number.
  3. The Administrator of the Website is the entity placing cookies on the terminal equipment of the Website User and gaining access to them.
    Cookies are used for the following purposes:
    a) the creation of statistics that help us understand how visitors to the Website use the websites, which enables us to improve their structure and content

The Administrator reserves the right to make changes to the Privacy and Cookies Policy in accordance with legal changes to the RODO and IT. We will inform you of any changes or additions by posting the relevant information on our website excellence-sa.com.

The Privacy Policy does not limit any rights you may have under the law.
