In preparation for the implementation of the Sustainable Development Strategy, the Excellence S.A. Capital Group conducted a detailed assessment of the impact of its activities on the natural environment and society, and analysed the impact of these factors on the company’s financial condition. This process was carried out in accordance with applicable European sustainability reporting standards, which guarantees full compliance with current legal regulations and ensures transparency towards all stakeholders.

The analysis identified key areas that are crucial to our business and environment:

• Responsibility towards employees throughout the value chain
