Responsibilities

  • Creating product videos and reels for TikTok Shop
  • Managing a TikTok account – building reach and a community around the brand
  • Hosting TikTok LIVE sessions – live product demonstrations
  • Collaborating with external affiliate creators (co-ordinating sample packs, briefs)
  • Monitoring trends and formats on TikTok – responding quickly to what works

Requirements

  • You can shoot and edit TikTok videos on your own – without a crew or a cameraman
  • You know the TikTok platform inside out – you understand how the algorithm works, what a ‘hook’ is, and how to create short-form content with sales in mind
  • You have your own TikTok account or a portfolio of videos (show us what you’ve been working on)
  • You can write in Polish without mistakes and speak confidently on camera

A BIG PLUS:

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring the production plan is met in terms of both quantity and deadlines, the appropriate utilisation of production capacity, and the effective management of a team of approximately 25 people.
  • Overseeing and ensuring that staff comply with the company’s rules, procedures and standards (HACCP, GHP, GMP, health and safety)
  • Analysing the causes of non-conformities, initiating optimisation measures to improve quality and efficiency, and reducing waste levels within the assigned area
  • Reporting on the progress of shifts, recording working hours and supervising the correct maintenance of production records
  • Supervising machinery and equipment, and liaising with the Maintenance Department during inspections and fault rectification
  • Building an effective team: onboarding new staff, delivering on-the-job training, and fostering positive relationships amongst Staff

Requirements

  • At least 3 years’ experience in team management, organising work in a production environment, and resolving day-to-day operational issues
  • Good organisational skills for managing one’s own work and that of the team, and the ability to plan tasks
  • Well-developed communication and teamwork skills
  • Attention to detail, independence, a sense of responsibility and a problem-solving mindset
  • At least secondary education; a technical degree would be an advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including MS Excel
