The Customer Service Department is responsible for comprehensive customer order processing. Its main responsibilities include accepting orders via the ERP system and e-mail, verifying the correctness of data (such as quantities, prices, delivery dates and customer details), and confirming the acceptance of orders for processing. It works with the production, warehouse and logistics departments to ensure the smooth running of the order fulfilment process. In addition, it informs customers about the status of their orders and handles changes and ongoing issues related to order fulfilment.

Secretariat – a centre for support and work organisation!

The secretariat is the heart of every office, providing efficient administrative services and support for the entire organisation. Its main tasks include coordinating daily activities, handling correspondence, organising meetings, and providing support to employees and customers.

It handles incoming calls and correspondence, both electronic and traditional, organises meetings, conferences and corporate events, assists guests and customers visiting the company, manages documentation and data archiving, and coordinates with other departments to ensure the smooth running of the company.

The secretariat is responsible for the smooth flow of information, the timely completion of administrative tasks and the maintenance of good work organisation. It is also a place that cares for the professional image of the company and ensures comfort for both employees and customers.
