The Purchasing Department is a key element of our company, responsible for sourcing high-quality products and services necessary for the functioning and development of our organisation. What do we do?

Our main task is to identify and select the best suppliers, negotiate contract terms, place orders and monitor the execution of purchases. We work with other departments to thoroughly understand their needs and ensure access to the right materials, goods and services on time and on favourable terms.

• Purchasing process management – from requesting a quote, through selecting suppliers, to finalising the transaction.
• Negotiating terms and conditions – we ensure the best possible pricing and commercial terms, looking after the company’s interests.
• Selecting suppliers – we evaluate and select partners who meet our quality and logistics requirements.
• Quality and timeliness control – we monitor order fulfilment, ensuring timely deliveries and high quality of the products and services ordered.
• Cost optimisation – we look for savings and opportunities to streamline the purchasing process to ensure the best value for money for the company.
