EXCELLENCE SA is a manufacturer of syrups, dietary supplements, beverage concentrates, and beverages under the client’s brand, as well as under its own brands for B2B. A key element of our business is bottling services for well-known beverage brands and retail chains.
We can bring such a wide range to market thanks to our excellent R&D team, modern production equipment, and a state-of-the-art quality management system. Analyzing the situation in developed markets in these categories, seeking new product concepts and functional ingredients, is also a key area of our activity.
EXCELLENCE SA is a leading producer of fruit syrups in Poland. This achievement has confirmed the validity of the business concept pursued by the company since 2002. Therefore, the company’s development strategy will consistently replicate its core principles and will be expanded with additional elements to accelerate the Issuer’s growth in the coming years.
The company’s development strategy aims to strengthen its market position in Poland and expand into the Western market. The new strategy aims to ensure the long-term development of the existing and proven business model, which has undergone significant modifications to ensure continued dynamic revenue growth and, consequently, high profitability of the business being developed.
EXCELLENCE SA holds a 51% stake in the share capital and voting rights of Health Medica sp. z o. o., headquartered in Łódź, whose core business is the production of dietary supplements and the sale of medical devices.
EXCELLENCE SA debuted on the Warsaw Stock Exchange (WSE) NewConnect market in 2014.

In her daily practice, she handles cases in the areas of commercial, civil, tax, and administrative law.
